These terms materially limit remedies and allocate risk.
The package includes service and pricing discretion, individual arbitration, class and jury waivers, a one-year claim deadline, short dispute and inspection windows, payment and collection duties, setoff and lien rights, customer warranties, report-license restrictions, indemnification, warranty disclaimers, exclusive remedies, evidence rules, and strict liability limits, subject to applicable law.

Requests and browser signals
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability, or object to certain uses. We verify requests and apply lawful record-retention exceptions.
Website activity and optional analytics · September 12, 2026
We maintain minimal operational records of incoming website and COA requests, including the time, page or certificate, response outcome, broad device/location categories and referring domain when available. These records help us measure traffic, certificate access and delivery problems. This counter does not set an anonymous tracking identifier or store raw IP addresses, authentication tokens, form values or document contents. A COA QR-link opening and a click on the same shared link cannot be distinguished.
Optional browser analytics starts only after you choose Allow analytics. It measures page displays, clicks, navigation and actively engaged time for consenting browsers. Verified account context is distinguished from anonymous browsers; browser and IP counts are not treated as a count of individual people. Masked replay is limited to selected public information pages. Forms, private messages, payment fields, request workflows and portal/report contents are excluded.
Operational request detail is searchable for 90 days and may remain in a private archive for up to 13 months total. Minimal COA activity history is retained for 24 months; aggregate trends for 25 months. Optional browser events are retained for 90 days and masked replay for 7 days. Choose Essential only to stop optional collection, clear this browser's analytics identifier and remove its retained optional history. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track apply to optional browser collection; minimal incoming-request records remain separate.
Do not send passwords, payment credentials, government identifiers, or sensitive sample details by email. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify a request.

Material changes apply prospectively after legally sufficient notice. Where law or the existing agreement requires renewed assent, RUO Eagle will request it.
